Victor Cheng, DMD
Dr. Victor Cheng grew up in Hoover, Alabama and graduated from Hoover High School with the “Best Smile” superlative. This was the beginning of his path to dentistry.
Dr. Cheng graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Science and completed dental school at the UAB School of Dentistry.
He pursued further education at the well renowned Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in St. Petersburg, Florida. During his time there, Dr. Cheng served as president of his class and had the honor of working closely with Dr. Pete Dawson and the Dawson Academy as well as Implant Educators. This program provided Dr. Cheng with a strong and complete background in implants, extractions, molar endodontic therapy, and treatment of TMJ disorders. In addition, Dr. Cheng has studied under the Spear curriculum and is part of the 6% of dentists who have earned the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry award.
Dr. Cheng holds a firm belief in comprehensive dentistry, where not only the patient’s teeth are assessed but also the gums, muscles, joints, and airway.
He and his wife, Christine, have a two year old son named Silas. When Dr. Cheng is not providing dental care, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling the world. Dr. Cheng is an avid sports fan – playing tennis and ultimate Frisbee, watching basketball and football, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. He is an active member of his church as well. Dr. Cheng looks forward to serving the community of Charlotte and building lifelong relationships with his patients and their families.

Dr. Young and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 37 years. They have two grown sons. The oldest, who is married with three children, lives in the Middle East as a missionary. Their younger son started and runs a non-profit homeless organization in Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Dr. Young enjoys fly fishing, gardening, raising chickens, promoting Christian movies, and men’s ministry as an elder.
Christine McMillan
Christine is a Certified Dental Assistant with a wide range of experience and pride in caring for her patients. She is a proud Charleston, S.C. native and currently resides in Huntersville, N.C. She enjoys volunteering at the Food Pantry at her church, Huntersville United Methodist, sharing her faith, a good sense of humor, being an avid fan of drag racing, cheering for the Clemson Tigers, gardening and visits to Charleston to spend time with family and friends. She has been married to her love, John for 27 years. They have a son Danny who is married to April and a precious grandson named Wyatt.
Alexandra “Alex” Jessee, RDH, BS
Alex has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2009 and strives to help patients live healthier lives. A Florida native, she and her school teacher parents were fortunate enough to enjoy their breaks at their cabin in western North Carolina. Alex enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two amazing kids and live an active lifestyle. They like to play games, travel, love to ski, and are loyal fans of The Florida State University!
Evelyn Parker
Evelyn has been in administrative dentistry for almost 15 years. She is originally from Ontario, California and is fluent in Spanish. She received a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Westwood College in Upland, CA. Evelyn has been married to her husband Thomas for 13 years and has two boys named; Aiden and Nathan who she loves to call “her terror squad.” She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.
