Victor Cheng, DMD, MAGD
Dr. Victor Cheng is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and providing personalized, comprehensive dental care. He believes exceptional dentistry goes beyond treating teeth by evaluating the health of the gums, jaw joints (TMJ), airway, and overall oral health to create plans that support long-term wellness.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Cheng has completed extensive advanced training in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, TMJ therapy, and comprehensive restorative dentistry. He has earned the prestigious Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD), a distinction achieved by fewer than 2% of general dentists worldwide.
Dr. Cheng’s philosophy is simple: treat people, not just teeth. His goal is to provide honest, compassionate care while helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile in an environment where they feel known, valued, and cared for.

Outside the office, Dr. Cheng enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their son, Silas. As a family, they love traveling and exploring new places together. Dr. Cheng is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing tennis and ultimate frisbee, watching basketball and football, and cheering on his beloved Auburn Tigers. He is also actively involved in his local church and previously served as an elder in Birmingham.
Dr. Cheng feels privileged to call the Charlotte area home and looks forward to serving the community by building long lasting relationships with patients to achieve healthy, confident smiles for years to come.

Dr. Young and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 37 years. They have two grown sons. The oldest, who is married with three children, lives in the Middle East as a missionary. Their younger son started and runs a non-profit homeless organization in Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Dr. Young enjoys fly fishing, gardening, raising chickens, promoting Christian movies, and men’s ministry as an elder.
Christine McMillan
Christine is a Certified Dental Assistant with a wide range of experience and pride in caring for her patients. She is a proud Charleston, S.C. native and currently resides in Huntersville, N.C. She enjoys volunteering at the Food Pantry at her church, Huntersville United Methodist, sharing her faith, a good sense of humor, being an avid fan of drag racing, cheering for the Clemson Tigers, gardening and visits to Charleston to spend time with family and friends. She has been married to her love, John for 27 years. They have a son Danny who is married to April and a precious grandson named Wyatt.
Alexandra “Alex” Jessee, RDH, BS
Alex has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2009 and strives to help patients live healthier lives. A Florida native, she and her school teacher parents were fortunate enough to enjoy their breaks at their cabin in western North Carolina. Alex enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two amazing kids and live an active lifestyle. They like to play games, travel, love to ski, and are loyal fans of The Florida State University!
Evelyn Parker
Evelyn has been in administrative dentistry for almost 15 years. She is originally from Ontario, California and is fluent in Spanish. She received a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communications from Westwood College in Upland, CA. Evelyn has been married to her husband Thomas for 13 years and has two boys named; Aiden and Nathan who she loves to call “her terror squad.” She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.
