Dr. Young and his wife, Nancy, have been married for 37 years. They have two grown sons. The oldest, who is married with three children, lives in the Middle East as a missionary. Their younger son started and runs a non-profit homeless organization in Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Dr. Young enjoys fly fishing, gardening, raising chickens, promoting Christian movies, and men’s ministry as an elder.

Nancy enjoys the family atmosphere between our team and patients. Many of our patients have been loyal to the practice since it started. Nancy genuinely cares for our patients and strives to provide for their needs and comfort. She works with our team to provide seamless quality for all of our patients. Nancy’s education and training help her to better serve you.

Nancy has been married to her best friend, Scott, since 1978. They have two wonderful grown sons and three grandchildren. Nancy enjoys gardening, mentoring, decorating and staging homes, and volunteering at her church and at Billy Graham Library.
Janice
Janice is our Patient Relations Coordinator with lots of dental office experience in coordinating patient care. She is a S.C. native who has lived in the Charlotte area for over twenty years. She enjoys serving as an HOA Board Member, being an active member of Lee Park Baptist Church, sharing her faith, loving people, laughing and life. Some of her fun hobbies are spending time with family and friends, spontaneous road trips, spending time at the beach or in the mountains, cooking, photography, gardening, reading, decorating and crafts.
Christine McMillan
Christine is a Certified Dental Assistant with a wide range of experience and pride in caring for her patients. She is a proud Charleston, S.C. native and currently resides in Huntersville, N.C. She enjoys volunteering at the Food Pantry at her church, Huntersville United Methodist, sharing her faith, a good sense of humor, being an avid fan of drag racing, cheering for the Clemson Tigers, gardening and visits to Charleston to spend time with family and friends. She has been married to her love, John for 27 years. They have a son Danny who is married to April and a precious grandson named Wyatt.
Alexandra “Alex” Jessee, RDH, BS
Alex has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2009 and strives to help patients live healthier lives. A Florida native, she and her school teacher parents were fortunate enough to enjoy their breaks at their cabin in western North Carolina. Alex enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have two amazing kids and live an active lifestyle. They like to play games, travel, love to ski, and are loyal fans of The Florida State University!
